Not too sure if you got it wrong. People will opt to place the "3-way" speaker in front and a simple 2-way as rear fill. You may want to elaborate more before we can help you...

There wont be any significant diff in your proposed set up. [sweatdrop]

Min for u to do is to cx the front spkr to a 6" component with a pair of tweeter. To improve further, add on an amp to drive the component and a pair of 12" woofer. U may want to appre the diff with the sys that I hv installed. [thumbsup]

i've checked, i need to cut and custom make side panels on my front doors to install a 6" component. My front doors does not have speakers mounted in its original state, only 4" dash speakers. Ur 12" woofer refers to speakers or a subwoof in the boot?

Wats ur ride???

Usually no prob to custom make the front door spkr. Tats rite, its' a 12 " subwoof in the boot. The subwoof box cld be custom make to take less space in the boot n yet cld produce de desired result.

Try chx the 4" spkr to a better grade (4" - 5") and u definitely need to add an amp n a 10" sub (at least) to really see n feel the diff [drivingcar] . if u need help, pse provide info [idea]

Hi,

would anyone know if we can change the HU of the Honda Accord to aftermarket, touchscreen kind of player? If so, how much do you reckon it would set me back by?
