Heard on the radio that a freak accident happened there this morning. It caused the Seletar airbase way to be packed with cars this morning.

 

What happened at the accident?

Jam literally to my doorsteps at St 81 :P I pity those who use the CP at blk 848 as a shortcut this morning. For once, they have to pay to use it as I'm sure they'll be stuck in the CP for >10 mins :D
