what comes with what model, or doesn't come with it.

1.3L is less powered than 1.5L, but why is the PI version 1.3L?

becos they dun bring it in.....some ppl prefer smaller cc car? regular swift is as follow... champion motors 1.5litre n PI 1.3litre... as for sports both r 1.6litre.... i believe the different between swift sports are theirs spec.... like keyless entry, hid, recardo seats....& etc happen to kwn cos i follow my frd to check out the swift frm both car dealers. my frd got the manual 1.5 frm champion motors.

PI swift is 1.3L XE model.

No RPM meter, No Fuel Consumption Meter.

Black Colour Door Handles, Outside mirrors.

Comes with Integrated Key remote lock/unlock.

Thats about it.

Else interior, exterior, Fabric and meters/controls

layout are the same as Regular Swift.

PI Swift got 2 models, XE & XG, both are 1.3.

For XE, yup, no RPM meter, black door handle color and o/s mirrors, 14" rims (non-sports)

For XG, internal door panels along the door handle in gloss finishing, silver trimming on speedometer, tweeters, privacy glass on the rear aka boot door (meaning tinted windows), got digital climate control, 15" rims (non-sports)

hmmm, what's CVVT? non CVVT.

What's the difference?

Anyone can confirm that the engine's different between the AD & PI?

Should be the same right? [:)]

Like my friend was considering to buy Swift from AD or PI, other than the engine capacity and reliability on the after sales support. The CVVT and non CVVT engine was the concern for him.

As for the diff, I not very sure. Any bro can help to advice??

???CVVT?

VVT is present in both AD and PI but recently theres a facelift for swift. Only PI wan gets new 1.2L CVT AD wan still remains 1.5L

New Swift (Left) vs Current Swift (Right)

NewandOldSwift2.jpg

-Side indicator shifted from body to wing mirror.

-Entire front bumper different (grilles more "curves", fog light sharper at the end)

-Wheels from 5 to 6 spokes

CVVT means 'Car Very Very Thirsty' and VVTI means 'Very Very Thirsty Inside'...hahahahah...

Ok...jokes aside, CVVT means 'Continuously Variable Valve Timing'. It modulates the engine
