Hi guys,

Did some calling up on paint spraying companies. One quoted me with just $120 to respray the whole front bonnet. Claimed they have oven and can collect car in evening if send in in the morning. Do you think this is too good to be true?

What usually is the market standards for front bonnect respray?

Is the quality of respray good? Think front bonnet is a bit more tricky as it is not same material as bumper. But not sure respray is the same. [crazy]

Ok. The reason why I asked is because there are also other workshop that quoted $250 and will take 2 days to respray the same. That's why I got confused now. How come such a big difference? One of them happen to be recommended by some of the bros here.

Quality is good.. =) Well.. Bonnet has larger surface area and more straight.. From what I think.. Might be even easier..? Haha..

Sounds pretty normal, I paid $100 to spray my new bumper.

Job was done within an hour but I waited left car there for 1/2 day for it to dry properly.

Paint used was Nexa Autocolour, shop dismantled my fuel filler cap for to match a new tin of paint.

I was told to return after 2wks for polishing.

Bro, different shop, different rates, different quality.

You can spray a whole car for $1,000 plus.

You can also pay $5,000 to spray whole car at top grade painter.

I had paid this price before, seen the result and had no regrets.

You mean you paid $120 to respray for the front bonnet before and without regrets? Can pm me which workshop you went to? Thanks.

dont regret spending this kind of money for top quality finish.

Hmmm...$5000 to respray whole car. You rich sia. [angel] Already feel the pinch if ask to fork out > $200 to respray just one panel.
