According to signboard, it not legal to enter that road. Anyway who is to enforce such rules. Entrance to my car park also got sign that prohibits vehicles exceeding 2.5 ton from entering. But still go school buses and lorries going in and out.

Bendemeer Rd going away from Upp Serangoon Road, unless you jalan kaki.

 

Should be Serangoon Road going towards Upp Serangoon Road.
