A zhng car owner's nightmare

Heard from neighbours that ROV came early in the morning to wait for the driver.

Driver refused to let ROV to away the car.

So ROV radio in his boss to come talk to the driver.

Driver got into ROV boss car (send to workplace?)

Finally ROV can tow away the car.

Car is so lowered that tow operator took sometime to clear the bodykit .

ROV has no right to tow the car away even if your car is heavily modified as long as it is staionary and not moving and engine not on. I can always say I purchase the car for track usage and only tow to track. A guys from ROV told me this. That why they always wait outside your carpark and catch you when you drive off. (tat is if someone complain your car exos is so loud that they wake up everytime you come home bla bla bla)

 

The reason ROV has every right to Tow the car out of the carpark lot even staionary is that the car has expired is valid road tax for months liowz then ROV cum take action to compund the car.

Zender is right. As long as its not driven, they have no jurisdiction to tow. Hence, not a zhng car owner's nightmare. No offence bro.

Actually his exhaust note is not loud. More like bassy. Like those on stock Evo...

Don't know the real reason for the towing... Maybe as another bro mention, his rd tax expired

Probably 3 reasons

 

1. Road Tax expired still driving ard.

 

2. Accident car. Meaning mayb minor hit and run case spotted by someone.

 

3. Stolen car.
