How do you clean/maintain your condenser fin ?

Took a thorough look at my condenser today and realised that there's a lot of small pebbles and leaves stucked between the fins and some of the fins are out of shapes.

 

I tried to use satay stick to pick out the pebbles, but too shiong liao lah ...

 

How do you guys maintain it ?

That's why I fix the wire mesh.. To provide the leaf from getting struck to the condenser.
