Yes Sir, the Malaysia made brand such as Silverstone in same tyre spec is expensive than my yokohama from sg.for $60/each. I heard feed backs from Malaysian friends that the Silverstone tyre quality is bad and not lasting.
Zniper 2nd Gear April 14, 2012 Share April 14, 2012 Their warnings were lame......Rubber is Taxable lor ! It is their magic words for something's like our infamous ERP Gantry...pee..pee..pee  do u noe tat msia produce raw rubber only and export these out to other countries for the make of tyres? dan the most funny part is when they import those tyres back into msia (make wif their own rubber), the taxes are very way high expensive... Many years ago, I heard their ex-pm Dr.M.Mahatir in TV3 speech in his anger  he admitted the bumiputra systems seem damaging the Nation Reserves, he said that the gahment bumiputra system provides resources for promoting Agriculture Farming and Plantation for it's own "people's" to strike for good decent earnings, but these own "people's" had abused the goodwill and welfare syetem by renting out the land and selling equipments & fertilizers to another type of minority "people" to engage developing business opportunity. I don't mean he is a clean politician, but found him a daring leader whom speaks out directly from his mind challenging the heavyweighted National Policy, sadly it's all over by now that he can't even turn over a pebble for a change for beneficial and fair to all his peoples, this is what politics are all about
