Hi,

With the current high COE and car price, I am wonder any bro here still go ahead with their plan to change their car or buying new rides.

If not urgently in need to get a car, wait for 1 year or so and I believe the COE will drop again...

One year a bit long leh [sweatdrop]

People in their 30 or older will change as they been thru those super high COE. Abt 8 yrs ago a Honda Civic SIR cost $133k! So now even at this COE price it is still acceptable.

Beside this grp of people have more earning power so make is easier for them to change.

Cars may be cheaper to buy but are now more expensive to run. The ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) fees will kill you.

ERP fees alone, from the suburbs to town (eg. Ang Mo Kio to Shenton Way) can set you back by S$10.

But this is a fairer system. You pay only when you drive.

So many people can afford to buy cars and keep them at home to admire. [inlove]
