Hi,

Shop assistant at Concord told me:

Soft99 claybar color

Blue - for white color cars only

Green - for dark color cars and metallic surface

My car is silver, which color claybar should I use?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Hi Cool,

Can I use blue instead, because Concord is out-of-stock for the Green claybar.

I know Stanford at Leng Kee got sell from your previous postings, but it's kind of far for me. I went to Stanford at Sonoko, they don't even know what is a claybar. So not all Stanford will stock claybar.

Anyway, I'm going to Concord at Jln. Lembah Kallang to get the green claybar this afternoon. They have it there.

Just came back from Concorde. Bought the following:

1. Soft99 Claybar (Green) - $12/pc

2. Hi-Glaze 88 1L - $32

Going to start work on the car this Sunday.

Can I use the clay bar on the windscreen? Anyone knows? My whole car is now covered by spray paint dust from a nearby workshop where I park the car.

I bought Meguiars clay bar but I feel like its sticky and hard to apply. Should I clay bar while shampooing the car or after rinsing off the car. I'm scared to touch it again cause I'm afraid that it with stick to the paint and hard to remove it. I know that its widely covered in this folder but too long lah to read..

Any advise is much appreciated..

do it with shampoo on or it will stick to the car.......

1. rinse the car (shampoo if you want to make sure its clean)

2. use a sponge to shampoo the car and claybar at the same time.....use your hand to feel if its smooth.

3. rinse the car

4. apply a layer of wax.
