My trip to Genting in June this year needed to show the Myxxx app at resort entry points for proof of vaccination, but just showing a dummy one will do as no one bother to check. Wayang only.

The recent trip nobody check at resort entry points at all. But what I observed was that almost 99.9% of visitors put on masks even along common spaces which is surprising since it is no longer mandatory. Never expect people to be so health conscious. First time feeling weird since Sept/2022 for not wearing a mask haha.

Careful on the way up there: https://mustsharenews.com/fake-police-car-chase-genting/

"The travellers were driving along Kulai, Malaysia, towards Genting when they realised a car was following them at around the 27km mark.

“When I sped up, they sped up. When I slowed down, they slowed down too,” the OP wrote.

At around 31km, the car cut the travellers’ lane and drove into a rest stop at 32km. The OP did not think much of it and continued on their way.

However, at around 37km, the car drove up next to the travellers’ vehicle again. This time, it had a flashing blue light on its roof, so the OP thought it was an unmarked police car."

Driving around 5.40 am is bit early, no? I do go in early also to avoid the jam but never encountered this before...

Seems like it's the KL - Genting area? Usually if I enter so early it's usually straight to Ipoh or Cameron Highlands.. so maybe I don't go that area and I've not experienced it... must be scary man...

No matter where about on the move or at R&R must always be vigilant of our surroundings.

Yes... good advice bro! I usually pick the larger R&Rs... got more people... I think it's safer... only stop at the smaller ones if really need to go toilet...
