Steering wheel locked, unable to start ignition

bro the problem is the other way round, i cant turn the key to ignite, not i want to unlock the wheel

Ok, for mine is the same as you..

 

My steering is lock as well as key cannot turn at all.

 

To unlock, go clockwise and AT THE SAME TIME, press the brake and turn the key..

 

These series of actions done at the same time will release the lock automatically for me.

 

Diff cars might be diff as well.

just now experience for the 1st time unable to turn my key to igniton due to locking of my steering wheel, only after turning my steering wheel abit then i am able to turn the key, what causes this to happen?

 

same for mine...juz haf to turn it a little to either the left and right when the key is in..then u can turn the key...

It's normal. Just the steering lock, a security feature. It happens when you turn the wheel without the key in the ignition.

 

For mine it's the same as yours, gotta pull the steering a bit then turn the key in the ignition at the same time.
