Nkps 1st Gear May 1, 2007 Share May 1, 2007 take PIE - CTE - exit outram - outram road - zion road - river valley road. if you reach cte after 930am, no erp at all, from cte to river valley no need half hour so should be in time. but dun go into havelock cos u will kana erp there. If i remember correctly, that day(last week) i go from PIE -> CTE, exit Jalan Bukit Merah, turn right to Lower Delta road then make a U-turn. Jia lat, cant remember how i end up there last week... PIE ---> CTE and exit Cairnhill ---> Grange Road ---> Irwell Bank Road ---> (turn right at Irwell Bank and River Valley cross junction) River Valley Road then you will reach Valley Point (at your left).
