Advice on scrapping car

Hi bros,

 

need your expertise on some car issues I'm facing now. My parents are currently staying with me and my dad and myself have our own car. As I won't be driving to work, my dad will be using my car. I advised him to sell his old 190E Merz to save cost. So far I called some of the car dealers in Sg Carmart and the best price I've got is rebate + $1k, but as the dealers' prices vary quite a lot, I would need some help to recommend a dealer who can give me a fair deal.
