Parking at Loading Unloading Bay and Double Yellow Line

This thought just came across my mind.

The other time I park my car at the loading unloading bay (LUB) I got a fine of $100, I wrote in and it was waived.

Now, I knew that parking at double yellow line carries a fine of $70 and parking at LUB fine is $100.

Below my flat, there are 2 lots of LUB while the rest of the area are double yellow line.

So my question is, if a person takes a effort to park in LUB and is fine $100 but if he decides to anyhow park along the road (off course not blocking others) and he is only fine $70, then it is not fair to fine that guy $100 for parking in the LUB.

What is your comments?

to be "fair"(if the meaning of this word exist) park at the designated open carpark or MSCP.

Bcos ppl in sg fail English horribly...ok they choose to ignore the loading/unloading sign. They dun want u to park ur car there as if it's your lot. That's why the heavier fine. [rolleyes]

Ppl see a rectangular lot only, they park there anyway. Go to the MSCP for goodness sake if u'r not unloading any stuff or already unload your stuff.

Aiya ppl's mentality damn funny one lah. If not they must be very rich. [laugh]
