CnC and CA are under Exclusiv group...so there is no difference. Just dat the mgt decided to use CnC now...the old name dat VW was under when it was under Exclusiv.

even if they are both under exclusiv, aren't they both separate entities/companies.

if so, does the warranty lie with Exclusiv, C&C or CA ? [crazy]

Wow, wat a change! Well how u get the new? i didnt know anything about it, or is it that older skoda without warranty are not being info.

Sure hope under CNC is better as CA charges is high and really dont think there are working!!!

And i dont think CNC and CA is together under the same company.

Even after CNC take over the VW showroom, it had a reno and take away CA office!

they are the same... under Group Exklusiv.

Just like SCV and Starhub; PUB and SingPower; Regent Motor and Vantage Automotive. etc...

if they do anything drastic, they'll shoot themselves in the foot, scare potential buyers (already hard to come by) away and wont be able to keep existing owners.

Anyway, the warranty under C&C is as good as no warranty. My side door trimming holder broke while closing the door, and they don't even has the stock to replace it. Only after 6 months, they then replaced it with a refurbish panel.

then again,

is it so much for the authorised dealer to send some information to all existing owners informing and assuring them

1) Change of dealership from Czech Auto to Cars and Cars

2) Warranty Issues - assuring owners that they will honor the warranty, etc

3) Servicing will be done by "which company" at the Exclusiv Center,etc...

didn't know this was too much too ask from them....... [shakehead]

Did anyone ever "remind" them of this "small action" ?

Perhaps everyone is so worried about losing their rice-bowl that they have "forgotten" about informing their existing customers ?

I thought the "service centre" for Skoda has already been shifted to Ubi liao. So it doesn't matter which company as long as you bring your ride to the ubi centre can already. That is assuming you would 'want' to be serviced by them ....... lipsrsealed.gif

I've not been informed that service centre has been moved to Ubi.

If I had 'wanted to be serviced by them' I'd have gone to Leng Kee,,

then receive a rude shock.............

Looks like the service centre does not want to see my Octy ever again!

well, you would have to call them to make an appointment for service, right ? Then, I assume you'll know.

Cause I don't make appointments. I just appear at their service centre with problems ...... tongue.gif
