There is a super jam at the Keppel Road bridge towards AYE(ECP)... saw a TP there blocking the 3 laned road... donno what happened..

Saw the people there talking with the tow truck people At that time, did not notice got mata or not cos everyone was filtering to the accessible lane

i didnt pass the site but was on AYE towards CTE at about 7.45am

 

felt it was slower than usual...

 

i guess it probably just happen around tat time

jam is normal in the mornings lar...........radio channels always report....."other then the usual delays at ALL EXPRESSWAYS"....nothing to report.......

I was there ard 8.40am. Very bad jam... stuck for ard 15mins+.

 

When i passed by, saw a OCS delivery van flipped on it's side (those tat has bigger wheels in front & smaller ones at the back axle). Tow truck there, trying to hoist the van back on. 2 pple standing ard & mata also. Dont look like any injuries. Only the shoulder opened to traffic.

Super jam due to lorry overturn.Same day in the afternoon near citylink building jam also,cause SAF & police are checking something on the construction site there.
