Saw a product that can remove light scratched for paint surface (Car) at DIY causeway point.....

 

They place it at the casher counter.....

think there is one call Scratch-X by Meguiar's. Turtlewax also has a few products too

just polish the car fine scratches will dissappear

for hair line scratch,u may want to use SRP to try out first.Mine stuff are more for machine use...
