Amaron DIN-66 MF Battery

My battery kapoot only after 1 years & 2 months of usage. As it happens at ~ 6+, no choice but to call AA. However, they only have Hoppecke brand for my car model & retails at $250 (crazy man). Quickly drove to AV & only left with 1 shop that is open. Was recommended the Amaron DIN-66 (66Ah) MF battery at $135 (btw, the cheapest among the range of batteries he carries). Trying to search the web for details but couldn't find any? Is the price reasonable?

Don't waste time over few dollars difference.

 

Anyway what is important is does the shop give you warranty?

Do expect a 12 months warranty from the dealer.

hmmm the AA one is sure a killer.... but hoppecke brand is exp brand ,so very common.

but 250 bucks can get a 70ah batt like amaron brand. at sim ming

 

66ah batts normal brand or those asia made.. is retail at ard $110~130

 

i got mine at sim ming at 115.

warrenty nowadays for normal batts now most are 6mths warrenty.

 

if u dun mind a lower Ah batt eg like 55ah which i used before (my stock 66ah)

is ard 70 bucks... --- so far i used 1yr 4mths , alrite no problem.

when i change batt ... still not kaput yet. but play safe.

The kapoot battery was orginal from factory (Motorcraft brand) as I'm driving a Ford. As for the Amaron one, i saw the sticker label as Hi-Life 66Ah. Just to find out the price & if kena chop, I'll not go back to that shop again

cost $90 before GST and include Installaton.
