Hmmm... have u ever c police use a jeep for investigation? Usually jeep is for RHQ usage. Normal patrol car is called FRC or FRV (Fast Respond car or vehicle, cant remember the correct term for it.) It called fast respond for a reason... Btw, the newspaper seller here is on wheelchair, and he move ard this area... In fact, i even have gone nuts on a bicycle to get to a scene (and i even made it within FRC response times)! Nerdyfrog Neutral Newbie April 13, 2007 Share April 13, 2007 well,on ur part/knowledge, there is a handicap confirmed in ur area. but for the police, their part/knowledge, they have something to attend to. well, i hate to say it, but i did park at a handicap lt to buy my dinner and fark off before.... but as life would have it, when i returned 10mins later.i met the owner of the lot..... jus gestured a sorry and hung my head low and faster drive off. cut the police some slack la, they definitely have more reasons than those that park illegally in those lots.(like me:guilty as charged.)
