Honda Odyssey Absolute 200bhp

Does anyone own one of these?

 

I'm considering PX my Airtrek Turbo for one...growing family and now need a 7 seater...its the only performance 7 seater at a reasonable price unless I pay 130k for the V6 Estima.

 

Appreciate your comments whether positive or negative.

 

Anyone know the sprint times for this car 0-100?

got, seen before, its red in colour. but this type must get from PI right? and the cost not that cheap either, the absolute previous model, before the latest facelift, i think cost like 100k above. i rather get mpv that offer comfort than performance.its an mpv afterall, not so good for high speed. Toyota Alphard is the best for comfort.hehe

the odyssey is lower than some "normal" cars out there

 

i'd reckon it be as good, if not better than say, altis, at high speed. it's low slung and has better suspension

You will be surprise about ODY high speed ride. When we ran at 190km/h (KM normal 160 bhp engie still willing to go but road traffic do not allowed) crusing at NSH, it was even more stable than most japanese car because of the low ride. We had about 7 ody then (mar 07) all running around that same speed from SIN to Malacca & back. As for Absolute performance....only to say "bo bei chow" for 2.5ltr MPV (of course we only compared to 2.5ltr MPV range within our budget).

Try it for yourself & you will like these MPV ride like most ody bro.

oh that red with carbon kevlar bonnet is true JDM 200 bhp absolute. Another 1 in purple color can be seen outside Yap bro shop. KM purple absolute is fake and only 160 bhp.

Only afew true 200 bhp absolute in purple in SIN and only ody bro will know the true and the fake one

Bro, sorry do not have absolute spec but I can give you our ride with KM spec on paper.

 

1. The century sprint timing = 10.2 sec (0-100km)

2. Max Speed = 210km/h

3. Max torque and at what rpm = 22.2kg at 4500rpm

4. Max hp at what rpm = 160 at 5500rpm

 

Speedcut for JDM Absolute is limited to 180km/h but then you can always re-tune ma.....

Is it using piggy back ECU? Because I understand that Hondata is only available for the manual Integras.

 

What kinda improvement can be achieved from retuning the Absolute? Can get 10% more output?
