I hope some of the good PI will merge to form one big , strong and friendly PI, bring in our favourite cars, and I hope they can offer us good service, and not make us feel they are doing us a favour by selling us cars and servicing our cars.

 

Employ honest and goodness sales staff who understand the term service and make good money in return.

 

I hope they do not have any service advisers who bring up cost of servicing but contribute nothing much to the servicing.

Need to emphasize that in the report in the straits time we are the rightful owner of the cars , therefore LTA had to release hirer's details to us.

 

The other companies had sold off cars belonging to us ........

how come u're the rightful owner if the car owner pays for the monthly installments?

But if they really close down. Wouldn't you have problems with your warranty then?

 

And the moral of the story is...????? Caveat Emptor....... when buying from a PI be prepared to take the risks involved.

As what the straits times has stated ... we own the cars,so how could the banks charge the monthly installment to the customer if they have not paid us the monies to transfer the ownership to the owner ?

Banks only deal with finance, meaning they loan money to hirers but they do not own the cars until they have made payment to us.
