Orixy 2nd Gear March 29, 2007 Share March 29, 2007 Guys, I just installed a new sard fuel regulator. As the new regulator came without gauge, my regular mech (he sold me the regulator) installed it and set it to 2.4kg/cm2 using his own precision gauge. I finally got hold of a new gauge that measures in kg/cm2 and PSI. After installing it and not adjusting the fuel pressure set by my mech, the reading shows 1.8kg/cm2...?? I thought the new gauge might be faulty so tried another old kg/cm2 gauge and this time it shows 3.0kg/cm2...?? Any idea whats wrong here? I have no doubt that the regulator is definitely original from japan as it was brought in by my trusted mech's jap friend direct from japan. There are also jap label and pricing in jap-Yen on the box and the instruction booklet also in jap language. I'm hoping that its not the gauge that is faulty right out of the box... ↡ Advertisement
