Getting a wee too tight for comfort...

I saw an accident last evening along the side slip road of Toa Payoh Lor 6 leading up the ramp towards CTE/SLE and opps the Chinese Medical Hall.

As usual, evening peak hour traffic, jams a plenty, motorists trying to save $1 of ERP go via Toa Payoh. Queue cutting here and there aplenty.

I dun have a pic to show you as it's was quite dim for me to snap any pics and I was moving out of the queue to join the main road.

two cars, which is A and B, squeezed together, no it was no mangled mess, the A car the slip road was squeezed by B car which tried to cut in from the main road to join in the slip queue near the embankment.

as a result, the Car A on the slip queue did not or was unable to give up and let Car B cut in, so they were both sandwitched together. Now the Car A driver on the slip road can't get out from his car, while the other car stuck on his right at the right embankment.

Now, for insurance, how to claim for damages? 50/50 liabilty?
