Oh, I try to avoid those wash and wax type cos I heard it might have wax over the windscreen which will cause the wiper to judder. thumbsdown.gif
No lah it doesn't happen. I have been using for quite awhile always wax and wash so far no problem with my wipers.

I have used a few... and so far I like the green Armourall Heavy Duty shampoo. I notice it cleans pretty well and stops squeking on my windows.

The one I really do not like is the Meguiar soft wash (pink). Doesn't have much bubble or clean off any dirt.

I have been using all kinds of car shampoo. In the end I discovered a shampoo in my store that I have bought many years ago from Malaysia for RM11.95 only. It's SIMONIZ II. Now it's running low and I want to buy another one. Where can I find SIMONIZ II in Sg? [thumbsup][thumbsup].

Its not harsh..in fact i find its cleaning ability quite mild.

Imagine i can still write on my car with my finger after i wash it.

less sud doesn't mean it's not good.

For me, i like the Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner by Autoglym. After a good wash, it leaves a nice shine on the car and paintwork feels smooth.

I apply the Super Resin Polish also by Autoglym abt once a month or two..

All my cars are autoglym-ed.

I like Sonax and the BMW Autowash myself

Agreed. That's one of the biggest myths in the car detailing world

Joking joking mai kee tongue.gifkiss.gifkiss.gif

Reminds me of posts bout PPS recommending washing with water, not recommended imho nod.gif

Use a gentle shampoo better eg Sonax...I did read about NXT being 'harsh' towards wax tho

For me a good shampoo have be good in the following,

1)Good cleaning properties

2)Contain lubricant(good for claying)

3)will not streak when it has dry up or on the warm surface

4)I need Sudslaugh.gif(Foam party)

5)After washing,u will feel that the surface is still smooth
