Underpaidsamurai Clutched March 19, 2007 Share March 19, 2007 MD sold me 3 waffle weave drying cloth at the last MDDS. I went home, washed my car and after that used the ww cloth to dry it. The usage is simple. Simply spread the clothe over a wet area and pull it - no need to use any strength. The entire area is dry. Using just my 3 ww cloth, I am able to dry my entire car in 10 minutes. And my car is not that small hor - it's a Ford Mondeo. Thumbs up! Saves a lot of my time and effort that can be better used for applying sealant and wax. ↡ Advertisement

Number19 Neutral Newbie March 19, 2007 Share March 19, 2007 I'm not sure exactly what is your process but I can and did dry a BMW 7 series with just 1 WW towel. Try to blot the surface so that its rid of 90% water first, then give it a gentle pass.. at least that's my method. The WW towel is so frickin huge btw~ great value! Once you get your sealant and water repelling stuff onto the paint, drying can only get easier

Number19 Neutral Newbie March 20, 2007 Share March 20, 2007 Dab the surface such that the water is absorbed by the WW~

Djcoolmax 2nd Gear March 23, 2007 Share March 23, 2007 I used to me using Meg WW drying cloth and tot it was good.. until I got a couple of WW cloth from the US which were bigger than Meg's measuring 24" x 36" and I don't even need to squeeze dry it once to dry my MPV. Haven't tried MD's one but I'm sure it is just as good..
Underpaidsamurai Clutched March 26, 2007 Author Share March 26, 2007 Actually now I realize.... if your car is properly layered with sealant and wax.... drying it is even simpler because water just refuses to cling to the surface.
