I think is unusual cos it never happened b4. Recently, the air con gives a fluttering sound at speed 4. Is that normal after some usage? It doesnt have this sound at other speeds.....I'm driving a G9 btw.....

hi Kylelam77

sorry to know that your air con is making a fluttering sound at 4th speed, if i not mistaken.... I think there is something stuck in the air con blower motor.... (i.e leaves or maybe even a plastic bag) get someone to remove the blower motor and check if out, my friend.... you never know.....what you will find there.... [:p]

cheers

Hi brudder, think u ought to check out what's wrong with the blower or the air con vent, probably 'something' got stuck inside and its making a nest quietly?

Is the blower motor visible from the engine compartment? Else i may need to bring up the issue at BM...... Sigh.....

nest?if its bird's nest,u can eat it but if snake's nest, becareful, they will eat u. [laugh] .seriously,if u check there's nothing wrong wit it.it may bcoz of one of ur spark plugs is not working or there's power faulty to the air-con.Maybe only.

er..... no i think the blower motor is under you glove box compartment, you may need to remove the glove box in order to see the blower motor. sorry i think i misunderstood you on your early post. but if you are saying that your air con flitters at 4th gear....then i not very sure leow.... Yup, i agreed with Karen. [nod][nod] The blower is under the glove box compartment, and its definitely due to something stuck at the blower. From my experience its usually a sweet wraper or bits of plastic rubbish.

Anyway, i'm confuse whether the posting means "4th gear" or at "4th speed" of the air-con Blower.

It may be the bearing of the fan blower that is faulty when high speed is concerned. Hope BM can solve your problem.
