Hi, i think its a 'kit car', since you say that its shown as a VW.

 

In the early 70s, you could do that, get a fibreglass i think it is, body

and put it over a VW chassis and register it.

 

There were lots of them, well not lots but many of them around during the early 70s,

but mostly dress as beach buggies.

Hes using a Skyling R32 Taillights. but the spec. of this car is unknown.. need more pictures perharps? haha

i think its a lambo. got a lambo look-alike backside. but then again.. the tail lights dun match leh

I agree, its definitely a kit car. How the heck can it be a Lotus or Lambo if its plate says its a Beetle??
