Hi577 Clutched May 31, 2007 Share May 31, 2007 any1 knows the consequence of taking up the open cat COE or ther is thread on it somewhere here?i heard low paper value.....
Pisces7 Neutral Newbie June 1, 2007 Share June 1, 2007 Hi Hi577 Open cat is same as a normal COE, except for its paper value, which is: for the same bid-round, the value of COE on your ride, is valued at the lower of Cat A(or B, depend on your ride) and the Cat E. SO say your Cat E is for a <1600cc car... then you will compare cat A and Open cat. the lower of the 2, will be your COE value (use to cal the COE rebate, if you de-reg before its 10yr life). Actually, you will find the whole detailed explanation + computation fr www.onemotoring.com
Toyo 1st Gear June 1, 2007 Share June 1, 2007 the comsumption is really bad, same for my friend.
Carlover76 Neutral Newbie June 1, 2007 Share June 1, 2007 I would say that for Korean car, the consumption is better than continental cars cos my friend's Renault Megane Auto only getting 9km/litre. There is Give & Take so if you want better stability and built quality, your FC will not be good compared to any Japanese light car like Vios which weighs around 900+ KG only but how is the built quality, think I don't have to mention much. So far, I have three Ceratos feedback on it's poor FC 10-11km/l. And this by far, in comparison VIOS has better FC than Cerato
