They should not have reported this in the media....... now the culprit will lie low. Should have caught him first then publicize the incident. Anyway, I hope the nut gets caught soon.

 

I fully agree bro, but wat to do... the police nowadays are a bunch of NSF. U think they risk life and forgo sleep trying to catch people throwing ice [laugh][laugh][laugh]

 

Reporting can only alert that pervert so he lie low.... at least those residents can hv a breather... than few mths later, he start again.... [:|]

 

The affected residents should band together and form a car-watch group...... collect a pool of money, purchased some video gear and take turn getting the evidence.

Probably these acts were prompted by jealousy....... so many new cars there.

FYI, even if police caught the culprit, they will not sue him if no life is lost or hurt. Their report can only be use as evidents for a civil suit [hur]

 

This was wat was told to me and residents when some fuukers was throwing eggs and batteries + scratching door paints around our car parks.... a full 2 yrs stretch [mad]

 

On one occasions, two cars rear screen were smashed by AA size batteries overnight. The police only record, takes pictures and that's it. When we asked for installation of 24hr camera and complain abt a certain neighbour we suspected, they say they cannot not do anything however we can all gang together to raise a civil suit. BTW, installation of 24hr cam requires approve license otherwise u will be charged for invasion of privacy [:p]

 

I think the best way is for neighbours to watch out for one another... catch the culprit, smash both his hand and put them in ice followed by towing him around the neighbourhood like those done in Afganistan. [rifle][lipsrsealed]

 

 

No need go civil suit lah...

 

after they ID the unit. Polis just go there and interview him lor during peak hour...

 

word will get ard and i 'm sure the victims/ owners will be magnanimous enough to forgive and forget...
