wah....broad daylight ah...he probably looking for cashcard and handphone and other valuables ! should let the neibourhood NCC know about this youth.....who wanders around so they can step up patrols ! [:|]

I give up on calling the NPC regarding such matters. Simply because when I call to report cases like people jacking bicycles from lift lobbies etc... I can wait for 30 mins and no one turns up in the end! Even though the roundabout is just a few hundred metres away from the NPC, I won't be surprised if the guy had already made his getaway long before the police arrives.

nothing new.. seen this in redhill open carpark before. couple of teenagers did the same stunts. probably drug addicts.

I have an experience which is also a little weird while in Jurong Point.

 

While I was in B1 car park, i had stopped my car near the B1 entrance (the auto door for shoppers to move in/out of car park)as the car in front of me was parking, so no choice but to wait till the car moved into its lot. While i was waiting for the car in front to park, I noticed that i was being watched. I turned my head towards my left, i saw someone standing very close to my car and looking into my car.... (can only see the mouth and body only, but did manage to catch a glism of him).... i thought to myself (maybe he wanted to go into the car park to collect his car but i happen to block him). When the car in front moved into its lot, i proceed my way to B2 to find myself a lot.

 

After parking my car, i got off my car and walking towards the auto door entrance in B2. I noticed someone was standing diagonally opposite where my car is parked. I turn my vision to my right and saw the same guy standing there in front of a car near the pillar watching me all the time. I just ignore and continue to walk towards the door, he started to walk towards me. I was thinking if he knows me and he looks as though he wanted to ask me some questions. I was actually expecting him to start a conversation when he walked nearer to me but no.... he just walked past my side and towards my car... so i thought to myself, he follow me all the way from B1 until i park my car in B2 just to look at my car???? I don't really give a damn if he wants to take a look so i contine to walk towards the auto door.

 

Just before i reach the auto door, i realised someone was following me... very close... i started to walk very slow and sometimes stop for a sec, but continue to walk and the person also does the same thing. I was thinking, what does he wants from me??? i don't even knows him... So this time, I stop and turn around and look at him... he was just standing in front of me, so u can imagine how close he walk behind me. When i looked at him, he became a little afraid, he move a few little step behind, head looking down and he hands put in front of his groin. I was thinking he might be [hur] and he should get the message that i will be nasty if he still follow me.

 

I turn my direction towards the door again thinking he will give up but NO! He continue to follow me up the travelator. Instead of facing front up direction, i stand sideway in case he does something funny to me. He stand just beside me, i was starting to feel uncomfortable and started to "pretend" to look at the letter in my hand, flipping the envelopes one by one, he move his head towards me and look at my letters also.... i can't walk up the travelator cause there are many people in front of me so have to wait till i reach B1. Upon reaching B1, i move very fast to OCBC since i asked my friend to wait there for me... i turn around and he is gone already....

 

During my meeting with my friend, i was always looking around me to see if he is still watching me.... weird and kind of [confused]
