Just top up whenever it reached the MIN level. I only check every 6 months. if topping up is required frequently then something must be wrong, probably leaking.

I see. cos i only got my new car just before CNY, without checking on the reservoir. 2 weeks has passed and after went for my servicing yesterday. I remembered that the technician didn't top up water/coolant in the reservoir, so i done a top up this morning when the radiator is cold, and noticed that my reservoir is almost empty. So i'm wondering whether my reservoir is full anot when i collect my car the 1st day.

I see. Thanks..but i believed the technician will know whether to flush in times to come, right?

Flush it off with water,not chemical just to freshen up the cooling system, like u need to change oil periodically.

Tats what i do....u might not know theres rusty water which is no good for the radiator.

Yeah, will monitor for another 2 weeks to make sure the radiator is in good condition. Since most of you guys said that reservoir needs only top up once every few mths.
