Appealing for Witness...

Dear forumers...

 

My colleague had just involve in an accident and now trying to get some eye witness if possible...

 

Anyone here which have witness the accident. please kindly gimme a call/sms my colleague @ 98157645

 

The accident lies with the fault of the other driver ( he admitted it on the spot ) but somehow now he "peng" his words and trying to sue back. Below is a clear description of how the accident happens and where it happens.

Date : 28 Jan 07

Time : 11:20am

My Colleague's Car : SGD674B (Car A) -> Total Lost

The other party : SBR1758Y (Car B)

 

Location : Junction of Bukit Panjang Ring Road, Bukit Panjang Road and Pending Road.

 

Information (by my colleague) :

1) I was travelling on Bukit Panjang Ring Road turning to the right into Bukit Panjang Ring Road.

2) The right turn light Traffic sign lighted (traffic light already turned red for cars travelling straight), I started picking up speed to turn into Bukit Panjang Ring road.

3) SBR1758Y was trying to beat the red light and colided with my Car.

4) Due to impact, my car was masively damaged.

5) Driver of SBR1758Y appologiesed to me for beating the traffic light and thereafter, he changed his statement saying that it was my fault that caused the accident.

6) As I do not have an independant withness, based on some Insurance scheme "BOLA" of assessing the fault party, the driver (me) which was turning right is by default at fault. To the insurance, I am at fault unless proven otherwise.

7) I am appealing to anyone who have withness this accident to help in this case.
