FP60 feedback

OK guys..... I've just purchased a bottle of the FP60 and have used it in the car for about a week (1 tank).

Initial effects was that the engine runs smoother & quieter although the power seems like abit retarded in my case. After 2 days or so of driving, I don't realise it that much.... guess it's too slight to really make a diff.

Anyway, after about 4 days of usage, the problem I had with cold starts (engine like doesn't want to crank and almost stalls before catching on) is greatlty reduced. Now, at the 6th day, its like gone. [rolleyes] Wonder if my injectors were dirty and the FP60 helped clean them. I'm gonna use it for another week, then stop to see whether my previous starting problem comes back to haunt me..... or whether its cured for good.

Just to feedback what I experienced on my ride.

Got the LC20 as well but haven't tried it out yet... my current oil is already dosed with Moly... don't wanna put too many different stuff together.

moly and lc works differentely, anyway lc works well in extending the life of the oil as an anti-oxident, which we really need in our multiple short trips driving

Are you using Schaeffer's oil? I've been using LC20 & FP60 since my car was new. Recently change the engine oil to Schaeffer's #7000 5w20 but still continue to use both the FP60 & LC20. Seems working fine for the past 3/4 tank.

from what o2asis explained to me last time, its because autoRX removes and suspends the carbon in the oil so that the oil filter can catch it, while LC20 dissolves the carbon.

they sort of work against each other or something like that. so its not advisable.

for more in-depth explaination, it would be best to contact the auto-rx maker
