May I know if there is a good reason for having one headlight on highbeam (the other on low) all the time?

Really irritating, so before i start anything, would just like to find out if the owners have any damn good reason for it.

Thanks.

Well in my opinion either they have no idea that one of their head light has fuse or they are just simply waiting for the other head light to fuse before changing. FYI they will be fine if they are ever caught by the TP.

i meant that they have one headlight on highbeam and the other on low, which i doubt can ever happen unless they were modified to be that way...

Ya I agree with you. Since they can't have features like some conti or Lux cars where by you can adjust the tilting of the head lights I guess they just want do it manually hahahaha [laugh]

i highly doubt they don't know, unless you are telling me that there are some cars which can turn on highbeam for just one of the headlights, while the other is still on low?

How many people actually align their headlights? Now many people know how or what is the correct level. I saw some cars even got tghe headlight alignment wheel, where you can raise/lower the headlight according to car loading.

I think even the inspection center also give up on checking headlight alignment.

Actually your words are quite contradictory leh.

They don't know precisely bcoz there is no such thing as turning on high beam for one headlight only. If a driver were to turn on high beam for one headlight he should know he did it right, whether by mistake or what coz there is high beam indicator light on the dash.

Usually it's bcoz headlight angle is misaligned. Most ppl dunno coz they don't turn their headlights on when they're outside looking at the car. They'll know only if someone tells them or if they go close enough behind a car at night and notices the reflection on the car's rear.
