One year there are 5 big Holiday's Eve u can drive OPC cars from 3pm onwards. Today is one of them. Just too bad just a saturday. So its 3pm onwards as per usual saturday.

 

Mon & Tues is declared a PH. So u can drive whole day without coupons.

for those who think that LTA will give 'face' on CNY eve or eve of any PH ,pls dun take chance.. No such thing as give chance! if u are not caught, tat's becos u are not caught yet..

u can check out lta.gov.sg. They sometimes post whether the day is PH or eve. Sounds silly, but they do that.
