Have to be one-eyed Jack for one month, just started new job, so probation, so no pay, MC so no year-end bonus - yeap all have to be claimed.

I think the figure is slightly above 20k.

The problem with the taxi diver in my case, he didn't even brake late he just drove into our car.

Example in a Chain accident involving 3 cars...

the 1st car will claim from the last car?

then the 2nd car cannot claim?

 

asking on behalf of a frd who was caught in one (2nd car) and the WS says can only claim her own insurance.

Got witness or no?

If no witness, 1st car claim 2nd car. 2nd car claim 3rd car. 3rd car claim his own insurance.

 

Just bring her car to AD. Give the 3rd car reg number to AD. They will settle for you. But have to wait while their contacting the insurance company of the 3rd car.

Also, go see doctor reguardless pain or no pain. Can claim the one behind.

Why go see doctor if got no injury?

People like this inflate claims unnecessarily and it hits back all of us in form of higher premiums.

Be honest to yourself.

chain accident? if B car got inflate the seat balloon? the thing fail to deploy then considered not deadly? or then can claim and then change engine by claiming car from behind bang, cos B smash A engine kanna broken until chui...so how can claim?

 

and also the technology got so advance meh?

 

all this not my problrm, but like to see some idea...if B speeding bang A, then C chaser B bang into B, B bang A... no D.

There it is..

 

If insurance company can be more strict about the claimng process and question every part of the claim, especially when there is injuries involve and ask some simple question like e.g how come the guy claim for trama when accicent only a slight bump? and reject the claim. The greatest problem for increase of insurance premium is still the same quote " accident just claim insurance lor "
