1. I didn't know aftermarket ECU (those APEX stuff)is illegal in Hong Kong unlike in Singapore. It seems that they are also not very agreeing in aftermarket exhaust for the reasons of noise and excess emission.

 

2. I think, if one wishes to increase performance by 10%, 1st upgrade the braking system and talk about the rest later. What is power without control?
