Blurtux Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 It looks like the same bodykit that they TC introduces on the DS2 package. Think better to go down to see the real stuff then just be simply taken in by the photos ... which can be misleading at time. ↡ Advertisement
Blurtux Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 Their service was good so far. Had a dirt mark under the paint, I brought back and they had it touch up and re-spray the panel with no question ask.
Seanboi 1st Gear February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 But how to facelift latio? I think Nissan will wait err. maybe 2 more years ??/ Cause now not much competition what.. Unless.. VIOS new one coming out.. But then again. its just a BELta lah ! !! Sunny can facelift, Cefiro can facelift, Presage can facelift, so y cant Latio be facelifted. Char 5th Gear February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 The different between CVT and 4AT is like between MRT and BUS ride ! Don't worry about the cost of replacement in future or which get better FC ! Mine 4AT average get 14+KML on Mobile 95 .
Thermodynamics Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 Common does not mean it is good.
Zoom99 Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 First I am not saying that CVT is problematic. As a matter of fact, similar to auto gear box, it would be subject to wear and tear. In time to come, it would definitely breakdown one day. Assuming that the life span of CVT is 4-5 yrs, owners would foot the replacement cost if replacement is req. Analysing this way: OMV of Latio = $16k plus CVT replacement = $15k(include worksmanship) Do you think this CVT price is justified? I do very much regretted buying Latio myself. Tkl07 Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Author Share February 6, 2007 oh ok, that a good point,,, too bad la, adly bought CVT, pray everyday it wont break down
Zoom99 Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 CVT is no big deal. Mine I'm getting 12.5km/l avg on 50% highway 50% city drive. Should have bought 4AT. Save a few $k upfront and no worry for CVT high cost.

Tkl07 Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Author Share February 6, 2007 ya la, if need 15k replacement , might as well scrap and buy new one
Sunray Neutral Newbie February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 With that kind of travel pattern, better get a jazz, city or vios for better FC. No point blaming the make. Got two friends who bought FL auto sunny. Friend A mostly city driving, get stuck in morning and evening peak hours, his FC is really killing him and he KPKB the model. But friend B mostly urban driving, less caught in the jams, he has no complain on his FC. The moral of the story is to get a car that suits your travel pattern. Iziz Clutched February 6, 2007 Share February 6, 2007 This bodykit is just to "break" the shape as there r comments tat it is too boxy. Of coz a face-lift would be in the works considering Latio is selling well. But of coz there r no news of a face-lift coming as yet. ↡ Advertisement
