Chemz Clutched January 24, 2007 Share January 24, 2007 just write in to chao gan the person who summoned u. iirc the wardens have to be physically there for at least 15-20mins before they can rightfully summon u. generally the idea of writing a successful appeal(if you did do something wrong la) is to plead guilty and sheer ignorance together with a situation that is reasonably believable but not all too common.. Ericrio Neutral Newbie January 25, 2007 Author Share January 25, 2007 I just feel that the loading/ unloading bay has been abused by many and my reason is not compelling enought to waive the summon. Any good suggestion or excuses that I can use?

Ericrio Neutral Newbie January 26, 2007 Author Share January 26, 2007 Has anyone succeed in appealing such offence? Pls help...
Clazio71 Neutral Newbie January 26, 2007 Share January 26, 2007 You check your parking offence notice if there is any remark on it. I got fined somewhere in Sengkang and the person who summoned me wrote a remark at the bottom right corner of the notice saying that he waited for 15 mins and I didnt shift my vehicle from the loading and unloading bay, and that was why the summon was issued. Based on that I cant appeal since the approximate waiting time allowed is only around 15 mins which u might have exceeded on this occasion. However, there is still no harm in appealing, at least u have a chance to voice your view and hopefully can get a waiver of this $100 fine... Good luck dude
