Hi,

Anyone here got experience replacing your windscreen FOC from your insurance coverage?

Several queries:

1) Procedures, need to have crack ??? or other symptoms???

2) Whether is it FOC

3) Any affect on NCD

Darn, just got a long quite deep scratch mark across the windscreen from my broken wipers during this morning downpour.

all you need is just go to your regular workshop which replace windscreen, but you neeed to have a crack on yr windscreen.is foc provided you got buy insurance on windscreen.it will not affect ncd. just tell them that a stone hit yr windscreen when travelling on highway.ya once you replace yr windscreen you need to pay the annual premium to the insurance company [rolleyes]

To claim a free windscreen from your insurance, first of all, your insurance coverage must have the free windscreen cover, if have, go to the authorised workshop to process the claim but make sure that your windscreen must have cracks not scratches....thumbsup.gifthumbsup.gif

It will be best that your insurance got the Star Automotive Workshop as the one of the authorised workshop as they do replacemnt in under 3 hrs and they use the original one....thumbsup.gifthumbsup.gif
