Removing Dents and Respraying

Hi Bros,

 

Need some help, a couple of days ago a Landy Defender lightly hit my rear bumper. Luckily its nothing majors, just some paint transfers and a small dent at the bottom of the bonnet. The Landy driver gave me $400 as I do not want to get the insurance companies involved.

 

Can anyone tell me what is the normal cost to have a workshop to knock out the the small dent and respray it, as well as to respray the bumper?

Well i did my respray at a workshop in ubi for $120 consider cheap le....

the workmanship is not bad.

 

for the dent part, i am not too sure about the cost...
