Actually horning when theres no danger caused has been an offence for donkey years. Now they might just enforce it.

anyway it struck me when i heard it while visiting a friend in punggol... heard 3 blasts and later when the lift door opens a few people scampered out to the mscp..... i turned to watch and spotted wardens doing their rounds.... great neighbourly spirit i must say

U mean hi-beam the on-coming traffic to "warn" them to slow down becos got TP ahead of them issit? Yah it's practised in France too.Probably an unwritten international "warning" system? hehehe..

I got one more reason: tell TP I used to drive continental car so accidentally press high beam when I want to use wipers. (Or can say not used to driving continental car if you current car is one).

I did that also but SG drivers seems dun undestand and flash back to me...
