Thanks,

Stay away from Kumho 712, horrible wet grip. KU31 offers decent wet grip but for the price there are better tyres out there. Kumho MX is a gd tyre but I don't think the local brought it in

The heat & humidity in our climate kills the rubber. I change my tyres every 15-18 mths regardless how much thread is left as you may loose grip in wet suddenly when the rubber has hardened.

Used Ku31 or Ecsta SPT, overall performance was very good. Quiet yet Grippy. Recently, saw some of the drifters from Imperical Concepts use KU31s as well.

Kumho's significantly less costly than T1R. Very impressed with them on quietness, but that was older model. SPT seems to get good reviews too.

I'm using Kumho SPT. Very good dry grip and decent wet grip.

There are definitely better rubbers out there. But from a price vs performance standpoint, It is quite good.

Last time almost all Hyundai from mid to late 90s comes with Kumho or sometimes Hankook tyres which are said to be not so grippy and not so comfortable. I remember my dad's 1991 Elantra comes with Michelin, so much better.
