Anyone got lobang for "Excess paint remover"; usually used during paint touchup

Hi Bros,

Was wondering anyone got lobang or recommendation for Excess paint remover.. this is usually used for paint touch-up to clean off excess paint after you apply the touch-up layer, without damaging your existing paintwork; something like this

Try touching up with a match stick and matching paint colour. Result will probably be the same.
