Easy la. Just paste your ear (left or right dun matters) on the front of the car, above the bumper. Ask your gf to give a strong and long press on the horn button(should be the centre of the steering wheel). You sure will hear it.

What colour are the horns? Red or black?

 

Stebel Magnum got 2 types, red one is TM80/2, rated at 115db. Stebel Magnum 2 is black, rated at 139db.

 

If it's the black one going at $13.90, it's very cheap.
