thing is... the MRS is not a common model in Singapore liao. And therefore the scrapyard is a likely place to find your bodykit for those who had scrapped their MRS. Uu never know whether you will have a good bargain there if you have not tried.

Twincharged

I like the MRS. Very good looking.

Why isn't this car popular in Singapore?

Because only P.I. bring in this model.

not that its not popular but becasue most of the MRS might be scrapped already or are already in the last few years of COE.. i think now mostly on the road left with the red top ones..

one of the cars i wanted to buy last time. [:p]

if you are someone who like pure power like the evo or GTR then this car is not suitable for you.

The MR-S only weights 960kg and has a power of 139BHP, you get 6.8 to 8.7 seconds depends on which tranmissionyou are on.

The main attraction of the car are the handling, looks and soft top.

The car handle very well since it is rear wheel drive, mid engine, and ver low sitting position. With the stock suspension you get good and comfortable suspeniosn, with coilover it changes to godlike handling. Surprising, the brakes are rather good too.

The design of the car are fantastic and there are many aftermarket bodykit they you can add on too. Wherever you drive there will be plenty of attention wondering what car is this. There was once when I was walking toward my car I saw 2 young ladies posing and taking photo of my car. haha

If Toyota already got the MR-S, why need to over hype the new GT86?

Toyota all along have very nice and reliable sport cars.

The celica also not bad. What MR-S need is jast more powerful engine.
