Another one is around 1.30am to 3.00am, park at the car park with bornet facing the tower at Lower Seletar Reservoir (infront of the toilet). If you luck is good, you could see 'child' (girl) playing at the top of the tower. At the base, there was a chain accross the staircase. <_<

can't remember which road. Changi chalets where ns guys can book at a discounted rate. Friend suggested going beach. About 2 or 3am. Friend suddenly said. Wow. Such a big group of men in a distance ahead at such timing. I said huh.... what men... ? we just raced back to our chalet. Then she fell sick.

This is serious, usually people will see one only but your friend saw one big group?! :blink:

Turut track? This road lead to where? But this road is near to neo tiew road, and this road also not say very 'clean' lo.

Tale was narrated by a friend, thus I'm unable to verify it. Her dad drives a cab. She told me about this experience her dad encountered near Kranji War Memorial. This was in 1997 when I was still schooling.

 

So as the narration goes, her dad was driving along Marsiling late one Thursday night around 1am and he picked up a lady dressed in fine european styled fashion, somewhat cambric kind of frabric complete with smooth lustrous finish. She asked to be dropped off at Kranji War Memorial.

 

Cabbie began driving and to ease the awkward silence, asked her, why are you heading there so late at night (I kinda felt its was a dumb question, sometimes, silence is golden). She said she was expecting her hubby there. They reached there shortly and instead of alighting, she just sat inside the cab. Cabby was puzzled and ask her for the fare.

 

She asked to wait a little while, saying that her hubby will be late because the horse was sick. Cabby asked, "horse?" and she replied. Yes, he will be here in a horse carriage.

 

She then disappeared, right in front of his eyes.

 

 

PS: I find the tale quite incredible, because it seems to suggest that the "ghost" were that of european in the horse and carriage era?? which doesn't really tally with Kranji War Memorial. Yeah, so just sharing this for entertainment purpose. However, that friend's dad died shortly after that incident. He met with a freak road accident.

Thinking how come everytime when someone encounter those ghost, usually shortly after that the person will either met with some mishap or died?! [sweatdrop]

It's a dead end. There's a small stream near the end with water lilies in it. Poachers go there sometimes to trap wild boar. One guy on a walk got hurt when he stepped on a trap couple years ago. Was in ST.

the money I added just disappeared.

 

It must have been a ghost.

 

People might think I am joking

 

but for me to see the money gone

 

just like that was very frightening to me.

 

This is the worst kind of ghost.
