Vit4wd 1st Gear December 10, 2006 Share December 10, 2006 (edited) It was after a shower, but the road was already dry. This driver must have forgotten that he is driving a Honda Stream MPV, and not a Honda S2000. He must have been speeding and approached this infamous bend at an over enthusiastic speed. Doubt this would have happened if he had been driving at the legal speed limit of 50km/h. Motorists, please strictly adhere the legal legal speed limit - 50 to 60km/h on the streets and 80 to 90km/h on the expressway. Gabriel 1st Gear December 10, 2006 Share December 10, 2006 (edited) think his 'stream' realli follow the tradition and went into a stream... for those who do not know what stream means... this is for u Main Entry: 1stream Pronunciation: 'strEm Function: noun Etymology: Middle English streme, from Old English strEam; akin to Old High German stroum stream, Greek rhein to flow 1 : a body of running water (as a river or brook) flowing on the earth; also : any body of flowing fluid (as water or gas) 2 a : a steady succession (as of words or events) stream of chatter> b : a constantly renewed or steady supply stream of revenve> c : a continuous moving procession stream of traffic> 3 : an unbroken flow (as of gas or particles of matter) 4 : a ray of light 5 a : a prevailing attitude or group stream of current fashion> b : a dominant influence or line of development streams of inheritance: genetic and cultural -- P. Upandcoming Neutral Newbie December 10, 2006 Share December 10, 2006 think humans sometimes forget recent lessons fast recently another thread (STICKY : Another MPV Overturned...) ppl oso enthusiastically deduced what happened and pointed fingers saying driver MUST have this must have that. were we at the scene? if you are a witness then i what was the outcome on the other thread? the MPV bro was hit by an inconsiderate red light beater...moral of story? get the facts. dun jump in and happy happy say ppl... lets gif a tot to those who suffered the trauma of an accident
Ldawn88 2nd Gear December 10, 2006 Share December 10, 2006 might not be due to the speed that caused the accident. sg drivers have been driving in the current manners (speed and habits) for so long now. but there has been a surge of accidents over the recent years.. why? cos cars are so much affordable now as compared to yester-years.... so many people drive with 'ya ya papaya' attitude...
