if i may answer, just go to an installer and SP everything. from firewall to roof to wheel arc and doors and boot and floor and ears...

I heard some material are not heat resistant, will shrink and fall off??

I spent so much time to try to sound proof my wheel arcs. Realised no space to put the sound proof materials.

 

End up I completely solve my problem when I changed the tyres to the very quiet ones. Sorted! QED!

but quiet tyre are not so effective tyre (using Eagle F1 now); ... else last option is to do Sound-Clad; but dun know whether effective or not..

Issit? I thought those tyres which are soft, can be quiet and effective? But wears faster.

there are both quiet and effective ones. like the Bridgestone GR80 is one of these that i had tried out in recent years.
